About these terms
These terms apply to your use of 3droll.com ("3DRoll") and to purchases of the optional Supporter Pack. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using 3DRoll is free
The dice roller and all its features are free to use, with no account and no sign-up. You may use it for any lawful purpose, including game nights, classrooms, streams and videos.
You may embed the dice on your own website using the embed code we provide. Please don't attack, overload, scrape at scale or try to disrupt the site, and don't present 3DRoll as your own product.
Dice results
Rolls are generated by a physics simulation and are meant for games and entertainment. Don't use 3DRoll for gambling with real money or anywhere a certified random number generator is required.
Some party dice are drinking games, intended only for adults of legal drinking age in their country. Please drink responsibly.
Your content
Custom dice, including any text and photos you add, stay on your device. If you share a link, you are responsible for the text it contains.
The Supporter Pack
The Supporter Pack is an optional digital product that you can buy to support the ongoing hosting and development of 3DRoll. It is a voluntary purchase, not a charitable donation, and it is not tax-deductible. We do not issue donation receipts.
It includes a downloadable wallpaper pack (dice wallpapers for phones and desktops) and, if you wish, a thank-you with your chosen name or nickname on our Supporters wall. It does not unlock any features of the site; the dice roller stays free for everyone.
The price is pay what you want, with a minimum shown on the Support page and at checkout.
Payment and Creem
Purchases are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record: Creem sells the Supporter Pack to you on our behalf, processes your payment and handles sales taxes such as VAT. Creem's own terms also apply to the payment.
Taxes may be added to the price at checkout depending on where you live.
Delivery
The Supporter Pack is delivered digitally. Right after payment, you can download it from the order confirmation page, and Creem emails you a receipt with the download link. No physical item is shipped.
If you don't receive it, or the download doesn't work, email [email protected] with the address you used at checkout and we will fix it.
Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying it, with the email address you used at checkout, and we will refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.
Refunds are paid back to your original payment method through Creem. Any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country are not affected.
Supporters wall
Being listed on the Supporters wall is optional. We show only the name or nickname you send us, and we may decline names that are offensive or impersonate someone. You can ask us to remove your name at any time.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, dice artwork and the wallpapers are owned by 3DRoll. You may use the wallpapers for personal, non-commercial purposes on your own devices. Please don't resell or redistribute them.
Disclaimer and liability
3DRoll is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running well, but we can't guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or discontinue features.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability relating to the Supporter Pack is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Purchases are governed by the terms in effect when you made them.
